Your primary focus will be on training and upskilling our team members to maximize the potential of Adobe Workfront, while also managing the roll-out and continuous optimization of the solution.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and lead comprehensive Adobe training and upskilling sessions for various user levels within our organization
* Manage the roll-out and continuous optimization of Adobe across the Ex-US network
* Create and manage a stand-alone Ex-US training calendar, including invites in collaboration with the US CoLab Adobe team
* User management in the system
* Build a reporting mechanism to enable a 'single source of truth' regarding Adobe utilization and performance

Requirements:

* Experience in training and people leadership, as well as running workshops
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
