BakerHicks is seeking a dedicated Senior Project Engineer to join our expanding C&S team, focusing on managing and directing projects within the Power sector.
The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in project execution and will play a crucial role in mentoring junior engineers in both technical design and project oversight.
Ensuring project delivery aligns with quality, budget, and timeline standards is vital, and familiarity with the power sector is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute projects to meet financial, scheduling, and quality benchmarks.
- Direct infrastructure design efforts across a variety of project scales.
- Mentor and cultivate the skills of engineers, technicians, graduates, and apprentices.
- Aid in enhancing the capabilities of the C&S Power team.
Qualifications:
- HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or an equivalent recognized degree.
- Membership in a relevant professional organization.
- Proven experience in managing project delivery.
- Proficient in leading project teams effectively.
- Strong technical knowledge in infrastructure design.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Valid UK Driving Licence.
