As a Site Engineer with Randstad Construction & Property, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites. Your primary goal will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key tasks will include conducting site surveys, managing setting out, leveling, and ensuring accuracy of all construction works. You will also be responsible for coordinating and collaborating with contractors, subcontractors, and design teams to resolve technical issues and ensure efficient work processes.

Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring progress and preparing daily reports on site activities, ensuring health & safety standards are met. You will also liaise with the project manager to track project milestones and deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer, ideally within large-scale water or infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent understanding of water infrastructure construction processes, drainage systems, and civil engineering techniques are essential.
  • Proficient in the use of surveying and setting-out equipment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams on-site.
  • Thorough knowledge of health & safety regulations.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • CSCS card and SMSTS/SSSTS certification desirable.
