Job Description

At Home Instead, we're committed to providing exceptional care and companionship to our clients. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as washing, dressing, and bathing
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to our clients
  • Help with household chores, such as cooking and light housework
  • Accompany clients on outings, such as shopping or appointments
What We Offer
  • Competitive pay rates, including £11.50 for Monday to Friday (9am-5pm), £12.80 for evenings and weekends, and £25.60 on Bank Holidays
  • Consistent client interaction, with a minimum of 1-hour calls and client matching
  • Part-time or full-time positions, including every other weekend off

Requirements
