As an Assistant Kitchen Manager at Miller & Carter, you will have a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional cuisine, mentoring talented individuals, and ensuring our guests leave with a smile. Be motivated to achieve targets alongside your team. Train and motivate your team to produce outstanding dishes. Assist your Head Chef with inventory management, food preparation, and stock oversight. Have a strong understanding of working with a branded menu. Exhibit confidence in managing kitchen staff and the broader culinary team. Ensure your team adheres to health and safety regulations.
