Job Title: Senior Commercial Procurement Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Procurement Specialist to join our team at Mitie. As a Senior Commercial Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing key account customers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the procurement of energy and utilities is carried out in a cost-effective and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key account customers and develop strong working relationships with them.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure the best possible terms and conditions.
  • Procure energy and utilities in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all procurement activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide expert advice on energy and utilities procurement to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulatory changes and ensure that all procurement activities are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Existing CIPs (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply qualification (or above) would be desired, however not essential.
  • If you do not hold a CIPs Level 4 Diploma, a desirable candidate would have either a minimum of at least two A-levels (or international equivalent) or a CIPS Level 3 Advanced Certificate qualification.
