Blue Octopus Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Academic Educator to deliver exceptional teaching, learning, and assessment on Level 3 Childcare, Level 3 Health & Social Care, and Access to Nursing and Midwifery programs. The successful candidate will provide academic tutorial support to students and play a key role in supporting the development of the curriculum, with a focus on employer engagement and learner success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality teaching and learning materials for Level 3 Childcare and related programs.
  • Provide academic tutorial support to students, promoting academic success and well-being.
  • Contribute to the development of the curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry standards and employer needs.
  • Engage with employers to ensure the curriculum meets industry requirements and promotes employability skills.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for success.

Requirements:

  • Relevant teaching qualifications and experience in Childcare or related fields.
