Mackinnon Bruce International, a leading Executive Search Consultancy, is working exclusively with a nationally recognized leader in the Water, Wastewater, and Engineering markets to find a Design Manager (Wastewater).
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and expanding team and business that is heavily invested in the Water, Wastewater, and Engineering industries across the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the oversight of the full project lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring timely and standard delivery of designs.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and wider team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Utilize internal and external partners and resources to complete multidisciplinary projects on time and to standards.
- Develop and maintain clear communication at all levels between project levels, including design, project engineering, and procurement.
- Liaise with business development and client management staff to identify and pursue business development efforts.
- Travel to project sites and offices to oversee project development throughout the lifecycle.
- Education: Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Clean UK Driving License.
- Demonstrable experience in successful project delivery of Water & Wastewater projects in the United Kingdom.
- Demonstrable experience of both onsite engineering and design engineering.
