Key Responsibilities- Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Front of House team to maintain a high level of service quality and consistency.
