Job Title: Group FP&A Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our finance team at Investigo. As a key member of the finance management team, you will play a critical role in driving the development of our short and long-term financial plans, shaping management reporting, and providing strategic decision support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the long-term strategic and financial planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery across business units.
  • Prepare the Group weekly and monthly performance reporting, working closely with the Group CFO to provide clear and concise financial information and insights.
  • Develop and maintain multi-currency treasury and cash-flow management processes, ensuring effective cash management and optimization.
  • Provide strategic decision support through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and investment appraisal for new initiatives, acquisitions, or capital projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the finance function, simplifying core processes and improving financial planning, reporting, and cash management.

Requirements:

We are looking for a qualified accountant with strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to influence and drive change. You will be a hands-on leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
