Position Summary: We are seeking a Lead Technical Project Manager to join our Structures team, focusing on various licensing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and effective project delivery across Mechanical Design, Structural Analysis, and Licensing.
  • Implement and uphold the program management strategy as we transition from prototype development to production-ready launch vehicles.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and business outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders, addressing conflicts, identifying solutions, and managing expectations regarding project feasibility.
  • Collaborate with external organizations, including regulatory bodies, to produce necessary documentation for licensing and project applications.
  • Build trust among internal teams through clear communication, driving excellence in project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in leading and delivering complex engineering projects, ideally from prototype to flight-ready status.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management principles, including risk management, change management, and resource estimation.
  • Formal project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
  • Experience with high-performance composite materials and flight-grade hardware is advantageous.
