About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Game Designer to join our talented team at Playground Games in Leamington Spa. As a key member of our Forza Horizon franchise, you will be responsible for designing and leading key systems and experiences that deliver fun and innovative gameplay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement game systems and features that meet the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to champion quality and ensure seamless gameplay experiences.
  • Mentor and train junior designers to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Work autonomously to drive forward key gameplay features and experiences.

Requirements:

  • Industry experience in a Senior Design position or similar on at least one shipped AAA title.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong ability to identify and solve problems throughout all stages of development.
  • A demonstrable track record of quality in your previous work.
  • A genuine passion for games.
