Personal Trainer - Fitness Coach

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team at Village Hotel Club. As a Fitness Coach, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch fitness classes, creating a welcoming environment for our members, and working closely with our Leisure Club Operations Manager and Team Leaders to ensure exceptional member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective fitness classes to our members
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our gym members
  • Work closely with the Leisure Club Operations Manager and Team Leaders to ensure seamless operations
  • Monitor and maintain the pool area and ensure high standards of cleanliness
  • Assist with gym orientations and inductions for new members

Requirements:

  • A passion for hospitality, leisure, and fitness
  • A personal training qualification and experience in a similar environment
  • The ability to deliver outstanding customer service and lead to exceptional member satisfaction
  • Solutions-oriented with an eye for spotting issues before they happen
  • Ability to work in compliance with company and legal guidelines, keeping yourself, colleagues, and customers safe
