Salary: Up to £85,000 subject to experience plus Bonus (up to 25%) & Car Allowance
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Commercial Finance to join our team at T2M Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business decision-making.
- Financial Reporting: Design and implement financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
- Financial Systems: Lead the development and implementation of financial systems, including SAP Management Finance Reporting and Visualisation Tools.
- Reporting Centre of Excellence: Develop and lead a Reporting Centre of Excellence to maintain and develop financial reports, providing reporting process and system knowledge support to the broader finance community.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and agree management reporting requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial planning and analysis processes.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience of working within a Management Commercial Financial Reporting team within a large multi-national business.
- Qualifications: Ideally a qualified Accountant, CIMA, ACCA.
- Systems Experience: Excellent SAP ECC6/ SAP S4 HANA/SAP BW/ SAP SAC experience is essential.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to develop and lead a Reporting Centre of Excellence.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders.
