Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, ensuring Health & Safety is paramount in all aspects of the project.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members, empowering them to excel.
  • Effectively manage project delays, ensuring timely completion.
  • Coordinate and control project staff, labour, and sub-contractors, from construction to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Control and Quality Management policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Maintain good relations with clients, design teams, neighbours, and other stakeholders.
