Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Surveyor to join our Reactive Repairs team at Southern Housing. As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Southern Housing owned and managed properties are maintained to the highest possible standards.
Key Accountabilities:
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to minimize downtime and ensure optimal property condition.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including property managers and maintenance teams, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on maintenance best practices and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
