Job Title: Training Administrator

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for training and development? We are seeking a dynamic Training Administrator to join our team at Reed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update training records to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Arrange and organize training sessions at top-notch centers, ensuring all certificates are current.
  • Track employee attendance and communicate with management regarding any absences.
  • Research and recommend cost-effective training options that meet high-quality standards.
  • Accurately input information into our systems, ensuring data integrity and up-to-date records.
  • Develop and send engaging communications about training and development opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing their training needs and future opportunities.
  • Handle sensitive data with confidentiality and care, including medicals and HAVs assessments.

Requirements:

  • At least three years of administration experience.
  • Preferably some experience in training administration.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and meticulous record-keeping.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently.
