Job Title: HGV Class 2 Driver

Are you a skilled and experienced HGV Class 2 driver looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious driver to join our team at Sure Call Recruitment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a HGV Class 2 driver to transport goods safely and efficiently to designated retail locations within London and the South-East of England region. The ideal candidate will have a valid HGV C or CE driving licence, proven experience as a working truck driver, and excellent driving record.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and drive HGV Class 2 commercial vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Transport goods and materials from one location to another.
  • Ensure safe loading and unloading of cargo.
  • Follow traffic laws and regulations at all times.
  • Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks.
  • Keep accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Possess a valid HGV C or CE driving licence with the appropriate cards such as CPC and Tacho Cards.
  • Proven two years UK C or CE experience as a working truck driver.
  • Ability to load and upload cages to and from vehicle safely.
  • Excellent driving record with no major endorsements and a maximum of 6 points.
  • Strong communication skills and a flexible, customer-oriented approach to your work.
What We Offer:
