About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our dynamic team at esure Group. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you'll play a vital role in safeguarding our information systems and networks from security breaches and cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining and supporting IT operations, business-as-usual activities, and ongoing projects.
  • Contribute within an Agile environment, using tools like Jira and Jira Service Management.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation, including run books and diagrams.
  • Monitor network infrastructure and cloud environments (PRTG, SNMP, Prometheus) to ensure robust security operations.
  • Improve automation through scripting and infrastructure management using AWS, Azure, OCI, Python, and Terraform.
  • Write and maintain scripts in Python, Bash, and other languages to integrate and optimize security tools.
  • Support business continuity planning and disaster recovery efforts.
  • Deliver training and education programs to raise information security awareness and promote standard processes across the organisation.
