Job Summary:

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple residential remodeling and new construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of construction methods and best practices.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and meeting client expectations.
  • Site Management: Coordinate and supervise carpenters, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient job execution.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify potential issues.
  • Client Communication: Maintain open communication with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns.
  • Material Management: Perform material take-offs, job cost estimating, and ensure accurate ordering and delivery of materials.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience in a leadership role in the construction industry.
  • Construction Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, best practices, and building materials.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and vendors.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in cloud-based software, such as Xactimate, and other construction management tools.
