  • Team Management: Manage, supervise, and mentor the site team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Cost Management: Adopt and maintain cost-conscious management practices to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all works are undertaken with due regard to the needs of the local population and that the project is properly planned, programmed, and resourced to achieve safe, profitable, and timely delivery.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly progress project reports and ensure that method statements, risk assessments, and approval documents are in place for all site activities.
  • Contract Compliance: Ensure thorough understanding and adherence to all contractual requirements.
  • Subcontractor Management: Manage subcontractors and materials to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: CSCS site manager qualified.
  • Skills: Strong background in the build industry, first aid, and valid full UK driving license.
