Maintenance Plumber

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our team at a flagship site in West London. As a commercial plumbing maintenance engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and reactive maintenance on commercial hot/cold water systems
  • Carry out plumbing duties, including replacing taps, valves, toilets, pipes, and leaks
  • Conduct water treatment tasks, such as legionella awareness, chemical dosing, TMVs, dead leg removal, flushing, and cooling towers
  • Monitor and adjust tap temperatures
  • Isolate and replace old pipes
  • Perform boiler maintenance
  • Contribute to general maintenance duties
  • Collaborate with mechanical shift technicians to support their work

Requirements:

  • Hold a City and Guilds Level 2 in Heating and Ventilation or NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing, or equivalent qualifications
  • Have prior experience in building service maintenance in similar roles (minimum 12 months)
  • Be a career-driven and self-motivated individual
