Trademark Lawyer Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned Trademark lawyer to support a global retail company for approximately four months. As a member of the Global Trademarks team, you'll handle a range of trademark prosecution and enforcement matters in the UK, Ireland, and Middle Eastern countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business teams on trademark topics and clearance
  • Work closely with the marketing team on IP provisions in their marketing contracts
  • Manage a small team including a Trademark counsel, Paralegal, and Senior Brand Protection Manager

This assignment is a great opportunity to work with a market-leading brand and contribute to their intellectual property strategy. If you're an England & Wales qualified Intellectual Property and Trademarks lawyer looking for a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
