Key Responsibilities

  • Work on a wide variety of cases relating to the Council's Operational Property Portfolio, including leases, licences, wayleaves, and asset valuations.
  • Contribute to project work and general property and lease management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.

Requirements

  • Be degree qualified or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Hold a student membership of a relevant professional body, such as MRICS.
