Concierge Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Concierge Officer to join our team at Unitedbuilders. As a Concierge Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality guarding and customer service to clients and service users
  • Work in a team environment, demonstrating excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Be proactive and think on your feet to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Conduct patrols, reception duties, access control, and emergency procedures
  • Ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff
Requirements:
  • Security and customer service experience is required
  • CCTV Licence and Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence is required
  • Excellent levels of customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Physical fitness to complete patrols and stand/walk during shift
