We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Vistry Group. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service across our portfolio of brands, including Linden Homes, Bovis Homes, and Countryside Homes.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively seek out prospective sales opportunities and follow up with customers to optimise business outcomes.
- Manage and implement new innovations to drive sales growth and meet business targets.
- Negotiate with customers to ensure the best sales outcomes for the business.
- Utilise technology to generate sales in diverse environmental and economic conditions.
- Ensure effective management of sales visits and customer interactions.
- Proactively manage and follow the sales process with customers.
- Evaluate sales processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively sell customer extras to drive additional profit for the business.
- 5 GCSEs/GCE including Mathematics and English (at C grade or above).
- Experience working in a customer-facing role delivering under pressure.
- Experience in progressing leads and sales through telephone-based business development.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service.
- Excellent IT skills with demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Comfortable using multi-channel forms of communication.
- Ability to handle challenging and difficult situations.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
