Key Responsibilities of the Electrical Operations Supervisor:

  • Act as the NICEIC Qualified Supervisor for the designated area.
  • Oversee and manage trade operatives and subcontractors effectively.
  • Deliver a reliable and cost-efficient customer-focused operational repairs service, encompassing all maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Support the implementation of processes aimed at the continuous enhancement of the organization’s performance management strategies.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of inspection and testing results for electrical work.
  • Manage all operational activities efficiently.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong competency in all facets of electrical work, with supervisory experience, preferably within a social housing context.

Essential qualifications include:

  • Previous experience as a NICEIC Qualified Supervisor.
  • Proficiency in using the NICEIC certification platform.
  • 18th Edition I.E.E Wiring Regulations certification.
  • 2391 or equivalent qualifications.
  • C&G NVQ Level 3 and Gold Card qualifications.
