**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Project Manager to join our team at People Group. As a Senior Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Prepare commissioning documents and plans for electrical projects
* Plan and coordinate the development of electrical projects, including engineering and technical aspects
* Prepare estimates for labour, material, and equipment costs to determine project budgets
* Delegate tasks to the electrical team and monitor their performance
* Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure they meet project requirements
* Prepare risk assessments and method statements to ensure project safety
* Ensure all electrical work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements
**Requirements**
* Proven experience as a Senior Electrical Project Manager in a similar industry
* Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and engineering principles
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
