Mortgage and Protection Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our team at Morris Dibben Estate Agency in Portsmouth. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the mortgage process.

About the Role

As a Mortgage and Protection Advisor, you will be responsible for building relationships with our Estate Agency teams, attracting new customers, and providing expert advice on a range of mortgage products and services. You will also be expected to participate in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and build lasting relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Estate Agency teams to provide training and support.
  • Attract new customers and business while achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment.
  • Provide expert advice on a range of mortgage products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Participate in regular branch meetings to discuss best practices and build lasting relationships.
Requirements
  • Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification.
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
