Job Title: Site/Project/Contract Manager.
As the chosen Contracts/Project Manager, you'll wield your proficiency in various digital tools and undertake a spectrum of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Efficiently managing and updating a workload tracker (Excel).
- Conducting thorough site surveys.
- Overseeing comprehensive site management from inception to fruition.
- Managing material requests, organizing trades, and coordinating logistics (Excel and online portal).
- Conducting routine site visits to ensure project alignment.
- Delivering concise weekly reports on program adherence, quality assurance, cost control, and health & safety standards.
- Possession of SMSTS/SSSTS certification (Preferred).
- Advanced MS Suite, including Excel, Projects, and other relevant software applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Management:
- Manage and coordinate site activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Logistics and Coordination:
- Coordinate material requests and deliveries.
- Organize and manage trades and labor resources.
Reporting and Communication:
- Deliver regular project updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit reports on project progress, quality, and safety.
Requirements:
- SMSTS/SSSTS certification (Preferred).
- Advanced MS Suite skills, including Excel, Projects, and other relevant software applications.
