We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Digital to join our team at MacGregor Black. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving digital growth and introducing e-commerce disciplines across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic digital roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.

  • Stay current with digital trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Track record of developing and executing successful digital strategies.
  • Understanding of web analytics, SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
