**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lighting Technician to join our team as a Lighting Prep Engineer. This role is responsible for the maintenance and preparation of our lighting equipment, ensuring it is ready for use on projects and dry hire work.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and coordinate the preparation of performance lighting equipment, including automated/moving fixtures, LED, control, cabling, and effects.
- Responsible for our fleet of projectors, lenses, and associated metalwork.
- Monitor stock movements and perform stock taking when required.
- Assist with in-house testing of equipment and operate lighting consoles with skilled knowledge of DMX & IP.
**Requirements**
- Strong technical knowledge of lighting equipment and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
