Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Professional to join our client's sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for generating sales of their range of equipment and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales of the company's equipment through proactive lead generation and business development
- Support and communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Actively work on and seek out new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
- Follow up on customer quotations and provide timely updates
- Offer technical product support over the phone and attend site visits to ensure customer satisfaction
- Contribute to general office administration tasks as part of the team
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer loyalty and retention
Requirements
- Engineering qualifications and a proven track record of technical sales in engineering
- Ability to generate new business, chase leads, and develop own business plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
