Devonshire Appointments is seeking a skilled Print Finisher to join their team on a full-time permanent basis based in Peterborough.

Job Purpose:

To set up, operate, and maintain various print finishing equipment and machinery within the finishing environment, consistently producing high-quality products that meet client requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

* Operate finishing equipment to meet established standards and quality expectations.

* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to Health & Safety practices and company policies.

* Maintain equipment, record maintenance activities, and complete daily time sheets accurately.

* Read and understand job specifications to produce work that meets quality requirements.

* Ensure finished products meet next-stage requirements, including packing and labeling.

* Follow established finishing ISO Standard Procedures and attend training sessions as required.

* Comply with Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and associated policies.

* Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Proficiency in guillotining, folding, stitching, laminating, creasing, and pressure sealing techniques.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
