About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Charities lawyer to join our team in the UK. As a Senior Specialist Legal Editor in Practical Law Charities, you will use your specialist knowledge of advising on charity law matters to provide and maintain a wide range of Practical Law content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse the latest charity law, regulatory and policy developments, deciding which items to cover and to what extent.
  • Commission, review and edit content written internally and externally.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Private Client team and engage with customers, including through the Ask service.
About You

The successful candidate is likely to have:

  • Substantial post qualification experience (England and Wales) in charity law.
  • A demonstrable interest and ability in writing.
  • In-depth understanding of charity law and practice and the application of corporate and commercial law to the charity and wider not-for-profit sector.
