The OpportunityWe are seeking a Business Development Consultant to join our team in an uncapped, commission-only role during the initial probation period, with an attractive path to a salaried position based on your performance. As part of our team, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads from companies in the UK that are actively hiring permanent or contract workers.
What's In It For You?- Uncapped Earnings Potential: During the probation period, you'll earn 10-15% per successful placement, translating to anywhere from £300 to over £1,000 per placement. Top performers can expect to earn significantly more, with monthly earnings ranging into several thousand pounds based purely on your drive and ambition.
- Path to Salary & Commission: After the probation period, you'll transition into a salaried position (PAYE), with commission earnings on top. There's no cap on what you can earn, and your income grows as you build your client base and establish long-term relationships.
- Full Support & Training Provided: We will provide you with everything you need to succeed, including training, a laptop, headset, and ongoing mentorship from industry professionals. We're invested in your success.
- Covered Expenses: During your probation, food, drink, and certain business-related expenses will be covered, allowing you to focus entirely on growing your earnings.
- Long-Term Perks: As you progress, there's potential for additional rewards, including a company car, expanded business expenses, and other exciting incentives.
- Generate Leads: Identify and contact potential clients across the construction, renewable energy, and building services sectors.
- Qualify Opportunities: Gather essential information on hiring needs, key contacts, and recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with the Team: Pass detailed qualified leads to the Director or other team members to drive successful placements.
- Hit Your Targets: Meet and exceed lead generation and conversion targets, with no limits on your success.
- Confident communicator with a passion for sales and business development.
- Ambitious and results-driven, motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client relationships.
- No prior experience in recruitment is necessary - we provide full training. However, knowledge or interest in the construction, renewable energy, or building services industries is a plus.
- Previous sales or business development experience is beneficial, but not essential.
Based in our office at 25 Wingate Road, Gosport, with opportunities for flexible remote working based on performance.
