About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Business Manager to join our team at Collins Property Recruitment. As a New Business Manager, you will be responsible for working alongside our Lettings Director to identify and pursue new business opportunities and contribute to the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Work alongside the Lettings Director and a busy team of 30 to increase the lettings business.
- Market Analysis: Proactive approach to generating new business and identifying growth opportunities.
- Client Relationships: Passionate about providing first-class customer service and developing relationships with new and existing landlords.
- Team Management: Regular canvassing activities to generate new business opportunities and promote a positive culture within the team.
- Marketing Support: Work closely with the social media team regarding showcasing properties and services.
- Team Support: Assist with managing the Lettings team, if desired.
Requirements:
- Experience: Experience of attending and winning market appraisals.
- Track Record: A previous track record of achieving targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Must have experience or an understanding of the lettings industry.
- Collaboration: Must be able to collaborate and achieve targets with the team.
