About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at Horizon Care and Education. As a key member of our residential support team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support young people in their daily lives, including helping them with morning routines, hobbies, and social activities.
  • Provide guidance and support to help young people reach their full potential and achieve their goals.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all young people.
  • Participate in reflective practice and contribute to the development of relationship-based, person-centred care.
Requirements
  • Hold a Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce.
  • Have experience working in a similar setting, preferably in a children's residential home.
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
