Financial Analyst | West Oxfordshire | £40,000 - £55,000 | Hybrid Working

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced Financial Services group, going through rapid growth, in West Oxfordshire. As a Financial Analyst, you will be part of a highly progressive business, working in an FP&A team and contributing to the company's commercial finance role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Working with multiple stakeholders across the group, analysing business information to aid decision-making
  2. Producing analysis and commentary on performance and operational board packs
  3. Providing analysis on financial and non-financial KPIs and information
  4. Assisting the budgeting and forecasting processes
Requirements:
  1. Qualified or studying an accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA etc.)
  2. Strong Excel skills, with ambition to develop further
  3. Examples of analysing financial and non-financial information
  4. Experience of budgeting and BI tools is helpful
  5. Able to influence financial and non-financial stakeholders
