Auto Electrician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Auto Electrician to join our team at TLC Auto Refinishing Ltd, a Commercial Vehicle Bodyshop in Feltham. As an Auto Electrician, you will work on a variety of vehicles, including HGVs, large commercial vehicles, trucks, coaches, vans, and cars.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Fitting electrical accessories, such as camera systems, side marker lights, reversing sensors, side scan warning systems, beacons, LED lights, and associated looms and wiring of tail lifts.
  • Marking out and drilling using hand and powered tools.
  • Wiring and testing electrical equipment and circuits.
  • Reading and understanding specification sheets.
  • Wiring up of electrical components and installations of wiring looms.
  • Using special tools, such as crimping devices and heat shrink guns.
Requirements:
  • Previous Auto Electrical experience.
  • Working in a Bodyshop/Commercial Vehicle Environment.
  • Working with Commercial Vehicles, including HGVs.
