About the Role

Vivid Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Senior Highway Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Highway Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering new highway infrastructure and improvement schemes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers in delivering a wide range of highway projects on time and within budget.
  • Support the Principal Engineer in leading the team and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
  • Design and deliver new highway infrastructure and improvement schemes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects meet the needs of the council and the community.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in highway engineering and project management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £40-45.
  • A 6-month rolling contract with the possibility of extension.
  • A hybrid working arrangement with 2 days of office work per week.
