About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Go-to-Market Manager to join our innovative team at Blue Square, an award-winning retail marketing agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies that drive the successful launch and growth of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: End-to-end project management of new product launches within retail and contact centre touchpoints from brief, through execution in store, to customer feedback.
  • Budget Management: Manage and track the Go to Market product launch budget, making cost savings where possible.
  • Go to Market Execution: Work with the wider GTM team to align the product plans with the promotional plans.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain key relationships with agencies and Marketing Vendors used for GTM activities.
Requirements
  • Experience in project management and project planning.
  • Ideal background in Go to Market with demonstrated relevant experience.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel and PowerPoint, with knowledge of how to analyze data and create reports to show results.
