Job Description

Job Title: Events Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Events Manager to join our team at Pale Hall, a prestigious Relais & Châteaux hotel. As an Events Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events of all kinds, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to event inquiries, providing prompt and professional communication to clients.
  • Meet with clients to discuss event details, conduct show rounds, and provide personalized service.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including the General Manager, Head Chef, and department heads, to ensure event requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and service providers to deliver exceptional events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable prices and building successful partnerships.
  • Prepare and submit contracts, arrange payments, and ensure timely communication with clients.
  • Attend events to provide continuity and reassurance to clients, ensuring exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
  • Follow up with clients after events to gather feedback, note recommendations for improvement, and promote Pale Hall as an events venue.
  • Actively promote and market Pale Hall through media and platforms, representing the hotel and its values.
  • Contribute to the hotel's promotional activities, updating and refreshing the website, and building relationships with industry partners.
  • Take responsibility for Pale Hall's social media presence, creating engaging content and maintaining a strong online presence.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel packages, incentives, and menus, anticipating demand and promoting services to maximize sales opportunities and revenue.
  • Participate in revenue maximization efforts and contribute to a high standard of performance and continuous improvement of staff skills and attitude.
  • Display a positive, willing, and professional attitude at all times.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £32,000 to £35,000 per annum.
