Russell Taylor Group Ltd is seeking a skilled FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our team at our FMCG client based in Mold.

• Operate a FLT (Counterbalance) to load/move and store products in a safe and efficient manner.
• Identify and report any damages or issues with products.
• Communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, and the stock control team.
• Stack and unstack large quantities of finished goods onto narrow racking.
• Unload deliveries and move stock to storage areas.
• Conduct regular checks on forklift equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
• Complete regular stock checks and provide reports to the Stock Inventory Controller.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations on site.
• Meet deadlines and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• In-date RTITB Counterbalance FLT license is mandatory.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
