Role Overview:
As an IT Support Assistant, you will be an integral part of our Performance and Information team.
This newly established position involves delivering technical support and guidance to both internal and external stakeholders while aiding in the enhancement and ongoing development of mobile operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to team members, including assistance with various devices such as tablets and computers.
- Act as the primary contact for IT-related inquiries, effectively managing and resolving basic IT service incidents and requests.
- Create and update documentation for our online knowledge base and oversee the asset management database.
- Execute fundamental tasks on our housing management system, including user account management.
- Utilize Mobile Device Management (MDM) software to implement company configurations and policies on mobile devices.
- Assist users with audio-visual equipment during meetings.
Candidate Profile:
- Possession of GCSE English (Grade C or 4) or an equivalent qualification.
- A collaborative and adaptable approach to teamwork.
- Experience with software applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
- A demonstrated eagerness to learn and develop skills in IT support and training delivery.
- Willingness to pursue further training and professional development.
- Ability to travel as required to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.
