Job Title: Facilities Engineer

Location: Telford

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm (2 days), 8am – 4pm (2 days), 8am – 1pm (1 day)

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Engineer to join our team in Telford. As a Facilities Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing facilities, including fire alarms, sockets, and sprinkler systems. You will also work on machine maintenance and PPMs, including working with cylinders, pumps, conveyors, and bearings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and repair facilities, including fire alarms, sockets, and sprinkler systems
  2. Work on machine maintenance and PPMs, including working with cylinders, pumps, conveyors, and bearings
  3. Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently
  4. Identify and report any maintenance issues to management
  5. Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operation of facilities

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of experience as a Facilities Engineer
  2. Experience with bespoke machinery (industrial) is a plus
  3. Experience with domestic faults, such as sprinkler systems and fire alarms
  4. Experience with conveyors, bearings, cylinders, and other mechanical equipment
  5. Mechanical competence is essential
  6. 18th edition certification is a plus but not required
