About the Role
This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week across flexible shift patterns. You will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to NMC standards and guidelines
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance clinical skills
