Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance and installation work on a variety of properties, including public sector buildings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out electrical testing and inspection on properties
  • Deliver reactive and planned maintenance and minor electrical installation works
  • Work on occupied and unoccupied properties, ensuring safety and efficiency
  • Complete all electrical certification and benchmarking
  • Use appropriate safety equipment and wear provided uniform

Requirements

  • NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installation
  • 18th edition certification or currently working towards it
  • City & Guilds 2391 inspection and testing certificate
  • Full clean UK driving licence
  • Experience in working with social housing contracts (desirable)
  • Sparksafe certification or willingness to obtain it
  • CSR card
