The Medical Lighting Solutions business field at OSI USA Danvers provides market-leading lighting components and solutions that improve the human experience by enabling medical professionals in patient care and research and development.

The mission of the Product Marketing team is to drive the execution of our global strategy. We are experts on the view of the full market spectrum (e.g. customers, competitors, products, technology, market development, strategy). We drive revenue development, position our business sustainably and support customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Function as product and application expert for our Medical Lighting and SSL Solution products supporting our sales team and customers.
  • Lead, manage and execute product development and launch activities in close cooperation with Business Field, Sales, Marketing, and Legal/IP teams.
  • Manage product information to support Marketing, Sales and Customer Service teams including populating and maintaining our PIM and e-catalog tools.
  • Supports our CQM team with resolution of customer quality concerns.
  • Supports the development of marketing strategies, materials, and events.
  • Prepare periodic business reporting and ad-hoc management analysis.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering. MBA a plus.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience and proven results in a product management, engineering, or sales role in the medical industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills and conceptual thinking with the ability to synthesize broad swaths of information into concise, actionable intelligence.
  • Availability to travel up to 50%.
