We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Advisor to join our team at Ventnor Medical Practice. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the central point of contact for patients, distributing information, messages, and enquiries to the clinical team.
- Liaise with multi-disciplinary team members and external agencies to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide administrative support to the Practice Service Lead and clinical team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
- Experience of working with the general public and in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in Office and Outlook.
